Where We Deliver
We currently only deliver to UK addresses, if you wish to order internationally please check back at a later date as this may become an option in the future.
Shipping Cost
We don't believe in adding extra costs at the checkout, therefore all orders are ship for free. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.
Delivery Times
The target window for delivery is 5-10 business days after the order is placed. Business days in this context are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Please remember our delivery times are estimates are estimates and not guarantees. Although we will aim to deliver all orders around business day 5 please be patient if it takes slightly longer - especially around peak holiday times. We provide tracking for all of our orders so you will be able to keep up to date.
Order Processing
After you have placed your order, it's sent to our supplier who will process and dispatch the order - usually within 1 business day. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after ordering (please check junk/spam folders).
Tracking Your Order
Tracking is provided on all orders and will usually take around 2-3 business days due to some carriers not updating their tracking numbers until it reaches the local hub. If after 3 business days you haven't received a tracking number, please get in touch with us at hello@galaxyprojector.co.uk.
Multiple Items
If you have ordered more than 1 item, it is likely you will receive 2 different tracking numbers and it may be that they arrive on different days.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that you have entered your shipping address correctly. We process orders as quickly as possible we can't guarantee that we will be able to amend the shipping address before it is dispatched. Also, we are unable to offer any compensation if it is delivered to the incorrect address given by the customer.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All applicable charges have been applied to the price of the products we sell so you shouldn't receive any further charges, if you do, please let us know.
Missing, Delayed or Damaged Orders
For missing orders that haven't arrived within 20 business days, please get in touch and we will arrange a new unit to be sent out.
If your order is delayed, and it has been more than 10 business days, please get in touch with us at hello@galaxyprojector.co.uk and we will investigate.
For damaged orders please get in touch as soon as possible with pictures/videos so we can put it right. Please note that damage to the box (not product) during transit is not something we can compensate for.
